One of the most important services Glentmar offers lies within our Operations Department. The Operations Department is the main coordinator among the company's departments, charterers, and all third parties involved with the ships, including ship agents, ship-chandlers, and bunkering suppliers.

Our Operations Department has proven experience in the industry at both land and sea, and as it is continuously updated will be geared to undertake all day-to-day operations at the highest possible standard. The Operations Department ensures that the ships perform as per the charter party agreements and maximize the safe and efficient delivery of cargo.

Cargo handling, port activities, pilotage, towage, wharfage, dockage, canal transits, conveying of cargo, cargo handling arrangements, and loading and discharging of vessels, are all supervised by our superior Operations Department.
